Christmas cookie cocktails!!!





 Christmas Cookie Cocktail:
1oz Partida Resposado Tequila
3/4oz Baileys
1/2oz Butterscotch Schnapps
3/4oz Cream
Splash of Cinnamon Schnapps
Cinnamon stick for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice.  Strain into martini glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Seven Layer Cookie:
3/4oz Godiva Liqueur
3/4oz Coconut Rum
1/2oz Butterscotch Schnapps
1/2oz Partida Anejo Tequila
1/4oz Frangelico
1/2oz Baileys
1/2oz Amaretto
Garnish rim of a martini glass with crushed cookie crumbs.  Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into martini glass.
Chocolate Peppermint Cookie:
3/4oz Partida Blanco Tequila
1oz Peppermint Schnapps
3/4oz Godiva Liqueur
1-1/2oz cream
Chocolate syrup and candy canes for garnish
Rim martini glass with chocolate syrup and crushed candy canes.  Shake ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into martini glass.
Toasted Macaroon:
1 oz Coconut Milk
1-1/2oz Coconut Rum
1/4oz Licor 43
1/2oz Partida Blanco Tequila
1/2oz Frangelico
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice.  Strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with toasted coconut shavings on top.
Sugar Cookie Christmas Cocktail:
2-1/2oz Partida Resposado Tequila
1 Tsp Brown Sugar
Brown Sugar for garnish
Rim a cordial glass with brown sugar.  Add tequila and brown sugar into a shaker with ice and hake ingredients well.  Strain into glass.

Sugar Cookie Jello Shot

2 cups water
4 envelopes Knox Unflavored Gelatin
8 ounces Bailey’s Irish Cream, chilled
4 ounces Butterscotch Liqueur, chilled
2 ounces Cointreau Liqueur, chilled
1/4 cup cold water
Whipped cream
Sugar decorations or colored sugar
Boil the 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in the gelatin until completely dissolved, about 3 minutes. Stir the Irish Cream, Butterscotch, Cointreau and cold water into the hot gelatin. Pour contents into shot glasses with enough room to add whipped cream later. Refrigerate until firm. Spoon or pipe whipped cream on top and decorate with sugar decorations or colored sugar. Makes approximately 10 jello shots.

Peppermint white hot chocolate with a chocolate-dipped Christmas-sprinkled marshmallow garnish

6 cups milk
6 cups heavy cream
1 cup white chocolate melting chips or wafers
2/3 cup peppermint schnapps
1 cup milk chocolate melting chips or wafer
Decorated wooden skewers
Marshmallows
Christmas sprinkles
Bring milk and cream to a simmer in a heavy large saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add white chocolate and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in schnapps.

Transfer to a round chafing dish with a ladle for guests to serve themselves into individual mugs. Serve with chocolate dipped marshmallows on the side.
